How we take you from bare section to finished home
Site Assessment & Consultation
We visit your section, assess ground conditions, orientation, and access - then discuss your goals, budget, and timeline.
Design & Consent
In-house drafting from first sketch through to consent-ready plans - or we work alongside your own architect or designer. Either way, we manage the building consent process through Kaipara or Whangarei District Council.
Foundation & Framing
Site preparation, earthworks, concrete foundations, and timber or steel framing erected to lock in the structure.
Closed In & Services
Roof, cladding, windows, and doors go on. Plumbing, electrical, and insulation are roughed in.
Interior Fit-Out & Finishing
Linings, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint - the details that turn a house into your home.
Handover & CCC
Final inspections, code compliance certificate, and a thorough walkthrough before we hand you the keys.
